For safety reasons, each boat must have 2 POB as a minimum. In the event someone falls overboard the other person can radio for help or complete a MOB procedure to pick up the swimmer. 

To ensure that all members and competitors understand their responsibilites it is important that records are filed and stored therefore. All competitors

will need to complete a disclaimer prior to the event.
